Is It the New Paris in the 1920s?
Like a great many Americans, I know shamefully little about our great neighbors to the North. I actually know less than your average American, since as a Texan I was raised to believe anything north of the Red River was Canada. This caused me no end of trouble on 3rd grade geography tests.
