Are ‘mutuals’ a thing, here on Medium?

I’ve got an issue with how Medium presents our followers to us, but I’m reluctant to write about it.

Too many people on Medium like to complain about the platform. Sometimes, I’ll open up the app or maybe have a browse on the desktop, and I’m confronted with article after article complaining about Medium.
