It’s different outside.

The air may be light but it

masks the troubles that

bind our decadent lives.

Although the roads are smooth, the sidewalks empty and

our souls filled with pride;

Our eyes will stretch wide and

run dry in these

unprecedented times.

Though our feet not pressed on

foreign land

or our hands intertwined,

we must sail through callous days

with our morals aligned.

Placing our differences aside.
