Many businesses have fallen during this time while several others like Pharma, E-Commerce, Healthcare have flourished. Not only corporates but there has been significant loss of human asset as well worldwide. Many have succumbed while several others are still fighting to survive and come out a winner.

In order to keep the momentum going one must possess strong mindset. While the mental strength plays a pivotal role in succeeding at the end of the day, there are ways and means to keep oneself distracted from what's happening in the world.

This could ironically be the best time to discover ones passion and interest which can also become a means of earning a side income for many. This thought definitely builds hope. And hope is an anchor that keeps us afloat. Hobbies are the best way to feel alive, engaged and worthwhile. This helps in passing our time fruitfully and gives us some satisfaction that we have been productive. So what are you waiting for.. Have a self talk over a cup of coffee and find out answers you have been searching for about what’s your passion.

Another way to deal with the woes of pandemic could be to make some resolutions and start pursuing them with commitment. It could mean making resolutions for fitness or time management or spending time with family or reading atleast 50 books in the entire year. Achieving the end goal will not only increase self confidence, make you feel good but also generate new ideas.

One can also consider doing simple things that we may have been ignoring otherwise like setting a routine for yourself, taking care of family, starting a new online business, vlogging, travelling, photography and so on. Planning and pondering over what we have missed doing will channelize your creative energy in right direction.

All said and done if you are still feeling the blues then consider talking to someone you trust about how you feel and what could be the possible solution for the situation. Even therapy can help if the need arises.

It is always best to explore various options at hand before losing hope and feeling bogged up. Finding solace in the fact that everyone in this world is sailing in the same boat and that you are not alone can soothe the pinching nerve.
