I wanna sing of Your love
Wanna sing of Your mercy
I wanna tell the whole world
Of the greatness of You

So I’ll sing of Your love
And I’ll sing of Your mercy
And I’ll tell the whole world
Of the greatness of You

Excerpt from “The Greatness of You” by Don Moen.

Whatever talent we have, let’s use it to tell men of God. Is it singing? Let’s sing of His love; writing? Let’s write of His goodness; poetry? Let’s exhort men about Him in rhymes and lines; public speaking? Let’s use our sonorous voices to draw men to Him. Let’s use our talents to preach salvation to all. Let’s keep singing, writing, dancing, and using whatever God has blessed us with to bless His holy name.

“You can glorify God with almost anything. If you surrender your work to God, He will use it for His kingdom.” (Christine Hope).

“Even if you do not see how your talent is making an impact, it is important to let yourself be used by God because you may never know how you affected someone’s life.” (Molly Howard).

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” (1 Peter 4:10, NIV).

“For example, if you have a speaking gift, speak as though God were speaking his words through you. If you have the gift of serving, do it passionately with the strength God gives you, so that in everything God alone will be glorified through Jesus Christ. For to him belong the power and the glory forever throughout all ages! Amen.” (1 Peter 4:11, TPT).

6 We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; 7 if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; 8 if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.” (Romans 12:6–8, NIV).

“So don’t hide your light! Let it shine brightly before others, so that your commendable works will shine as light upon them, and then they will give their praise to your Father in heaven.” (Matthew 5:16, TPT)
