The complex Napoleonic syndrome doesn’t come from psychological theory but is connected with a political aspect. Not only associated with body posture but leadership style. Every act and word of the leader is law, must be obeyed. This type of leader tends to be stubborn, lacks dialogue, aims to assert his dominance.

A force of desire deepened by the fear of criticism, complex napoleon syndrome magnifies the need for human organizing. Therefore, the inferiority complex that power is everything, makes it excessive love of political control, control of public space. There has never been a real democracy in practice. Everything about consensus is rooted in prerogative power, centralized in a state structure co-opted by a single command.
