I said I wanted to be a writer, but I didn’t mean this.
Those were my thoughts when I found myself writing less than mediocre, search engine optimized casino articles for a low-paying content mill.
Liam M wrote a thought-provoking article called “Fast Food Content has Killed Creativity”:
According to Liam, writers are on a hamster wheel of creating content and feeding the algorithms. The endless content creation leaves little room for creativity.
Sarah Smith explored the same topic in her piece “I Hate Being a ‘Content Creator’”:
Sarah criticized the endless stream of success porn and listicles.
