People know me as someone who can keep calm in every situation.

That’s not entirely true. They’d know if they had seen my outbursts.

What they see on my exterior is someone who’s good at controlling his anger. They don’t see what goes inside me. Or how much self-control I have to apply within to keep myself calm in heated situations.

I couldn’t keep my calm if someone crossed his limit and said something that made me mad. I had a hard time curbing my anger and keeping my cool.

It’s difficult to keep yourself calm when you’re feeling rage and can’t wait to reply to the person who made you angry. You’ll always regret these angry outbursts.
