Thorny Obstacle Uprooted

A poem

May I start,

To slowly part,

Away from judgements that thwart,

My ability to accept all

Without morality in ego’s bowl.

Walking the honest razors’ edge

With courage and love in tow on the sledge

Has certainly helped me to pledge

Commitment to truth’s behest

And the power of silence

Plus tact in changing topics helped

To keep honesty’s crest

Firmly upon my breast.

while not imposing it on others’ nests

And uprooted the thorny inner obstacle on the path.

Thorny inner obstacle of arrogant morality stands stalled

And love in its place is installed.
