Throwback in time to cast iron skillet makes delicious meals

Once you cook salmon in an iron skillet you will never, ever go back to eating it any other way. Crispy on the outside, tender in the center.

I have poached, baked, and broiled it. Yet I was never able to achieve the same texture and flavor as a restaurant.

The secret: I needed a cast iron skillet.
