Writers are like welders.
We melt memories and iron them together. Stone them if we have to. There’s something different about us and how we see the world.
Yet in a way, we appear no different than anyone else.
People who don’t write won’t get it. And that’s ok. I’m not writing this to make anyone feel bad. (Quite the opposite actually.)
