Yes, it’s that time already — time for another batch of writing prompts from The Fiction Writer’s Den! Each month sees us feature a new list with its own theme (or, at least, it’s been happening for quite a while). April’s is below:
This time, I was thinking about changes, and perhaps a bit about the changing season, the changing world, and changes across the generations. It’s a pretty broad theme, as you will see!

Idea 1
Write a drabble which focuses on a series of changes — the more the better! How many switches, transformations or permutations can you fit into 100 words?
Idea 2
Write a flash fiction story which features a text (poem? riddle? novel) that changes someone’s life (or, at least, their evening!).
