You wake. Where is Angelika?
Alarmed, you scramble from the tent, almost tripping over your sword.
Outside stand an orc, a dwarf, and a half-dragon warrior. Angelika is among them — and they’re all drinking from steaming mugs!
“Morning!” she calls. “Nettle tea?”
Perplexed, you take the brew she offers, and slurp the refreshing liquid.
“Travelers,” she comments. “They have waybread, too!” She points to a plate of snacks.
You nod at the strangers. “Familiar with these parts?”
“Don’ go west of the lake,” grunts the dwarf. “Demon territory.”
“That’s where we’re headed.”
“Don’t go chasing waterfalls,” rasps the orc.
“We must travel there to rescue the girl’s father.”
