Christmas Help Desk operation

With the arrival of the holidays soon upon us, we just wanted to give you a heads up on the Help Desk opening hours over the festivities. Over the Christmas and New Year period we will be offering a limited Help desk service to ensure that our staff can enjoy time with their families. As of 5.30pm on Monday 23rd December we will be off to stuff our faces with Christmas cheer! Normal service will resume at 9am on Friday 3rd January!

During this time any tickets you log will be queued and we will get back to you when normal service resumes in the New Year. System availability will be monitored as normal and in the event of an issue we will seek to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
