Missing Plan
Writing about my unwritten daily journal.
This is my Writing Blog #5, I’m trying to write as many posts as I can this year, you can read my other posts here: Writing Blog — 2018
One of my 2018 goals is to keep a daily journal of my random thoughts.
21 days later, here is some fresh stats: 5 posts. 28%.
Now, instead of blaming myself, let’s be more productive, and analyze why I didn’t reach this goal, and at the same time write it as my first daily journal.
I’ll apply the 5 Whys technique:
Why didn’t I write every day?
Because I didn’t have time.
Why didn’t I have time?
Because I didn’t manage it well.
Why didn’t I manage it well?
Because I didn’t manage it at all.
Why didn’t I manage it at all?
Because I didn’t have a plan.
Why didn’t I have a plan?
Because I was dumb thinking that things will be done just like that.
Nothing new, usual error: Setting what to do, without telling how and when.
OK. let’s make a plan. A clear, easy sustainable one.
Starting today, the plan will be: Writing 30 minutes at least every day.
Writing.
30 minutes. At least.
Every day.
Let’s check if that works. Publish.
