Website sneak peek, copy sneak peek, all the sneak peeks!
Today is Day 22 of Project Galaxy, which means I am 38 days away from the launch of my biggest project yet.
There are a couple changes to how I’m sharing Project Galaxy after listening to the feedback of some readers (and realizing the mobile experience of one long story wasn’t so great). The changes going forward are:
- After Day 20, journal entries will be their own individual stories on Medium. Much easier to link to and share!
- I created a brand new publication on Medium called Project Galaxy. Click here to follow that publication if you want to be sure to see those stories in your Medium feed.
- The closer we get to launch, the more you’ll see!
If you are enjoying the journal, feel free to hit that little Recommend button. I’d love for more people to learn about this crazy project!
DAY 16
WEBSITE SNEAK PEEK! Woot! Yeah, yeah, I had to blur some stuff out, but it’s still fun to look at http://bit.ly/ProjectGalaxy16
DAY 17
Again, working on balance. I don’t want to overwork myself, no matter how big or important this project is. I also shared one of my go-to inspirational videos http://bit.ly/ProjectGalaxy17
DAY 18
Building a plan to under promise and over deliver for the customers of Project Galaxy. This is being done months in advance and in multiple ways http://bit.ly/ProjectGalaxy18
DAY 19
This day was a complete clusterf*&k. Or was it? How I kept the train on the tracks when it felt like it was going to derail and crash and burn http://bit.ly/ProjectGalaxy19
Day 20
Reaching the 1/3 mark! Also talked about going with my gut and having enough feedback http://bit.ly/ProjectGalaxy20
DAY 21 (start of individual stories)
Unforeseen changes and shifting the direction of how I share the daily Project Galaxy entries. This update also includes a 29-minute chat with an awesome copywriter I hired for Project Galaxy http://bit.ly/ProjectGalaxy21
DAY 22
The importance of words. Why I’m focusing so much on the copy of Project Galaxy and how that can be compared to running a restaurant (weird metaphor ahoy!) http://bit.ly/ProjectGalaxy22
Hope you enjoy the journal and this weekly recap! If you are, feel free to leave a note anywhere in this Letter, recommend it, or share it!
Thanks for reading,
