Baseball and Basketball

Baseball and basketball are both popular ball games in America. However, they differ in many ways, like the number of players, the place it’s played, and the length of the game. There are ten people in a baseball team, but only five people in a basketball team — though both ball games require teamwork. In international level games, a baseball game is held outdoors on a “pitch”. On the contrary, a basketball game takes place indoors on a “court”. Last but not least, a baseball game can last a long time, because it depends on the number of strikes. In contrast, there are specific regulations related to the time limit in basketball games. For example, there are four periods in a basketball game and each period has twelve minutes. In brief, baseball and basketball are widely watched in America in spite of their differences.
