Although there are many similarities between cupcakes and ice-cream, like
the various flavors or inexpensive pricing, there are still many differences between these two beloved desserts. Compared to cupcakes, ice cream is usually served frozen while cupcakes are served warm. Most of the time we bring a basket or a box to buy cupcakes so that it can be eaten anywhere, but ice-cream can only be savored in a store or carried in a portable freezer with us as it will otherwise melt quickly. Moreover, the process involved in making these two kinds of dessert is different. There are lots of ingredients, such as flour, eggs and so on, when baking cupcakes. In contrast, the only ingredient needed for ice-cream is milk that is churned. In short, these are the main aspects that differentiate these two desserts from each other.
