Young Newton was resting under a tree when an apple fell on his head, and that was the exact moment he came up with the theory of gravity in the 1680s. Gravity is a natural phenomenon and is the force that attracts objects toward the center of the earth just like the apple we mentioned earlier. In addition, he found that the more massive an object is, the stronger its gravitational pull will be, and discovered that every object attracts every other object with a force. All planets have their own gravity, depending on their weight and location. For instance, if you weigh 60 kilograms on Earth, you will only be 10 kilograms on the moon. Gravity is affected by the formation, shape and orbit of astronomical bodies such as the formation and evolution of the Solar System, stars and galaxies. Gravity keep us grounded and without gravity everything would definitely drift away into space.
