Trumpets, horns, roars, cheers of the crowds (well the long suffering family!) . . . I’m buried in excitement.
Guess what? I did it. Honestly! For the first time in my life I’ve won a writing competition. It was the 2015 international Spanish Bay Radio short story writing competition.
vI was hoping to insert the link letting you hear it being read on air, but you’ll never believe it — it was read and read nicely, however the reader left out a whole page so it made no sense :-)Words fail me! At least it’s going to be re-recorded and broadcast another day.
