Why I Ditched The Best Writing Advice I Ever Received

I don’t recall where I heard this advice. Nor do I remember the source. This advice helped me adopt the belief that words and ideas are abundant; it’s not a matter of inventing ideas but a matter of choosing the right ones. I no longer follow this advice, but I do recommend it for aspiring writers.

Finish what you start. Publish what you finish.
