This one’s called “if x is greater than y, then your anger…”

This is a short movie depicting an imaginary world where people are completely distanced from their feelings and have developed the capacity to identify them, talk about them eligibly and devise a solution for their partner and themselves to work through them and transcend them.

One scene in the movie shows a couple in a restaurant drawing graphs about their feelings of anger, puzzlement and relating them to specific actions they’ve done on that day that correlate with each of these feelings. A lot of biological lingo is used (think enzyme names and body parts).

An imaginary world where people are distanced from their emotions

At one point in the discussion, one of the 2 gets angry and suddenly stops. He or she starts tracing back her reaction to a childhood trauma and a trigger from the present situation.
