Cannabis Assumption Applications

There is not currently a single application process for applying to assume a license and move the location at the same time. If you are looking to assume a license and move the location, you have to do this in two steps and apply via each individual application.

In addition to not being able to change the location, you are also not allowed to make any changes to the approved operating plan/ floor plan during an assumption application.

Cannabis Central Reporting System (CCRS) Issues

If you are experience any issues with CCRS after an assumption or change of location application has been completed, contact the examiners unit at MJExaminer@lcb.wa.gov. They will be able to help resolve the matter. Please allow up to 72 hours after the completion of an assumption or change of location for your profile to update.
