Floor Plan Requirements at Cannabis Licensed Locations

If you need to make physical alterations to your licensed premises or change your previously submitted operating plan, a Cannabis Alteration Request form needs to be completed and accompanied by a floor plan. The floor plan needs to be for the entire premises and must identify all rooms and areas.

If the alteration request is for a cannabis producer license, the dimensions of the grow area are also required to include the dimensions for both the overall interior and exterior area as well as the total plant canopy per area. For example, a 10 x 10 room would be 100 square feet but you may only have 80 square feet of plant canopy due to planting and walkways.
