If you want to change where your liquor license premise is there are two ways to do so as outlined in WAC 314–07–015(2).

You will submit a change of location application and pay a $75 fee if:

  • You are not changing the type of liquor license that you have at the current location;
  • There is no change in any of the true parties of interest; and
  • Your liquor license is current.

You will submit a new liquor license application and pay the appropriate fee for the type of liquor license you are applying for if:

  • You are changing the type of liquor license from what you have at the current location;
  • There is a change in any of the true parties of interest; or
  • Your liquor license is not current.

A new application can be applied for through your Department of Revenue (DOR) account. A change of location application however would need to be mailed in. The application is found in the forms by name section B on the DOR website. Select Business License Application and then be sure to check the box for change location under the Purpose of Application section. The fully filled form can be mailed into the address at the top of the page with the processing fees.
