The Responsible Vendor Program (RVP) is available to spirit retailer, grocery store, and specialty shop licensees. It is a free, voluntary, and self-monitoring program created for businesses to promote responsible alcohol sales. Please visit our website where you can find helpful tools, including:
- A sample house policy
- Signage
- An employee training course
- Educational videos
There are additional benefits for RVP members, which include reduced or deferred penalties on your first public safety violation. To register, please submit a copy of our newly revised application, available on our website.
