Are you considering adding a medical endorsement to your retail business? Please note that the Application for Added Medical Cannabis Endorsement was recently updated. When applying, you must include the following:
- Copy of Department of Health (DOH) certificate for the medical consultant on staff; and
- Photo(s) of the equipment used at the location to issue recognition cards.
