On Mar. 1, 2023 the LCB will open the application window for the Social Equity Program. Applications will be accepted for 30 days. Approximately 40 licenses that were forfeited, cancelled, revoked or never issued will be available in specific jurisdictions across the state.

The LCB and MakeGreenGo! are hosting four webinars for potential Social Equity license applicants. These webinars will be held:

  • Tuesday, Jan. 24 at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, Jan. 28 at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Applicant Checklist

For those interested in applying for the Social Equity Program, there is a checklist available on the LCB website with steps to take to prepare for the application window to open.

Disproportionately Impacted Area (DIA) Map

One of three potential qualifications for the Social Equity applicants is by having lived in a Disproportionately Impacted Area (DIA) for five or more years between 1980 and 2010. This map is now available on the LCB website. Learn more here.
