Live connections with customer networks
We are excited to announce the launch of the highly anticipated Connections module, which today goes live for all AgriDigital users.
AgriDigital’s Connections module is the customer management solution underpinning the platform, allowing you to seamlessly communicate and connect with everyone in your business network. The Connections module comes free with all other AgriDigital modules and your connections with other organisations and people will be automatically populated. Connections integrates with a range of platforms including with the Australian National Grower Register (NGR).
The Connections module has two main features:
People — view and manage all of your contacts including capturing notes on meetings, calls and other interactions.
Organisations — manage your interactions with all other organisations in your business network including integrations with third party providers such as the National Grower Register (NGR).
Connections also allows you to:
Create notes — perfect for day book notes or just general customer comments, you can create notes against a company or against a specific person.
Quick search customers—never sound like you don’t know your customers again with the ability to quickly search based on any part of their name, company name, or NGR number.
Export email lists— export your customer email lists for bulk emails or to integrate with mail services such as Mailchimp.
Export SMS lists — perfect for sending out harvest prices, export your customers mobile numbers to integrate into a sms provider.
Integrate — Connections seamlessly integrates with the National Grower Register (NGR) so that your grower customer details are updated automatically. With Connections you don’t have to worry about mundane customer details management.
