AgriDigital has just released it’s latest feature, Recipient Created Tax Invoices (RCTI) for Growers.

Growers who have received a payment for deliveries and contracts via AgriDigital are now able to view their payment details via the Invoice tab in AgriDigital.

The invoices are structured into four main sections;

  1. Supplier and Buyer details

This allows growers, the ‘supplier’, to easily identify which NGR the RCTI is relating and in the case of a share farm, what percentage of the deliveries sale they have been paid for based on the information provided from NGR.

As well as the Buyers details who has made the payment.

2. Description of taxable supplies

View the specific delivery details and value that has been included in the payment.

3. Deductions

The deductions section details any deductions that have been deducted from the payment by the buyer. This includes mandatory industry levies, as well as End Point Royalties (EPR’s) that have been automatically collected on your behalf.

The auto collection of these deductions are designed to minimise your paperwork and make your life as simple as possible.

4. Amount Deposited

The final section on the RCTI, is the total amount deposited into your account. For quick reference, this also includes your bank account details the payment has been made into.
