Physical Upgrade

Have read a few books on physical health. Here’s my implementation (only the skeleton, will add more deets later) (Read the disclaimer below)

5:00 AM -> Get up + Shake + Boil eggs +
5:05 AM -> Cold Shower + Eat eggs +
5:15 AM -> Meditate (20 mins) + get ready
5: 40 AM -> HIT Run + Exercise + Run back + Stretches + Shower
6:45 AM -> Protein shake + Breakfast
7:00 AM -> Work + 9:30(quick break + workout) + work
10:00 AM -> Breakfast
10:15 AM -> Head out
10:30 AM -> Work + Coffee + 12:30(workout) + work
1:00 PM -> Lunch + work + 3:30 (workout) + Work
4:00 PM -> Dinner + work
5:30 PM -> Walk back home + Meditate
6:00 PM -> Work
9:00 PM -> Blog/Write
9:45 PM -> Shower + Meditate
10:00 PM -> Sleep

6:00 AM -> Get up + Shower + Meditate
7:00 AM -> Work + lots of water
7:00 PM -> Binge eat + Hang out with friends
10:00 PM -> Get back + eat some more
11:59 PM -> Sleep

9:00 AM -> Get up + Shake + Boil eggs +

9:15 AM -> Meditate (20 mins) + get ready
