Certainly doesn’t seem that way, does it?
The U.S. president has been impeached, with a mountain of evidence that an entire political party is content to ignore. We’re not addressing climate change at the governmental level — in some cases, we’re not even allowed to discuss it. Forces of racism and anti-Semitism are gathering steam.
