Dream Card | Pool Guide
What’s new?
Progress is everything, and everyday our devs strive toward enhancing your XWG experience. A few days ago you might have noticed a fairly empty page, but visit the Pool now and… wow. In this guide, we’ll break down this earning mechanism, section by section.
1. Stake NFT/Token to earn XWG
You asked, and the devs delivered. The first thing you’ll probably notice upon going to the URL at https://xwg.farm/#/pages/pool/nft is all the data that hits you right in the face. You now have your own mini-dashboard which gives you the need-to-know about the staking pool.
- Total Value Locked: Displayed in dollars (USD), the Total Value Locked represents the amount of assets that are currently being staked in a specific pool.
- Total Rewards (XWG): this number tells you the total amount of XWG paid as reward to miners who staked their cards in the Expedition, from the day the Expedition launched until this very moment.
- Daily Rewards (XWG): The combined amount in XWG tokens earned by all the cards staked in the Expedition, within a 24-hour cycle.
- Total Staked: The Total Staked number is the current total number of NFT cards in the Expedition.
2. NFT Pool: Active Pools
In addition to staking and harvesting your easy-earned reward tokens, the NFT Pool provides you with a snapshot of all your current “Active Pools” depending on the type of NFTs that you’ve staked in the Expedition. There are 3 of those potential pools: Dream Card, Genesis, and Special Collection Card.
a. The 3 Pools.
- Dream Card: This pool contains your Ordinary Myth, Legendary, Epic, Rare and Common NFTs that you’ve staked in Expedition.
- Genesis Card: If you were one of the lucky few to own any of the 2740 Genesis Cards currently in existence, those cards staked in Expedition will appear in that group. For more info on Genesis Cards, please read our Medium article: X World Games starts IDO for Dream Card(NFTs)
- Special Collection Cards: These cards are part of the Binance Mystery box events II and III as well as the Dream Card Special Edition Series. As of this writing, those cards are not yet available to be staked on XWG, but players can take advantage of the special Expedition event with Binance linked here: https://medium.com/x-world-games/announcement-binance-nft-card-expedition-event-8bfe75ad3044. Once NFT transfer from Binance NFT to XWG is enabled, those cards will appear in this group.
Tip: Click “staked only” to only display the pools where your cards are staked.
b. Harvesting, staking and more.
- Harvesting: Click on “Harvest” to claim your XWG tokens earned from staking your cards. Harvesting will claim all the XWG tokens from all your cards staked in that specific pool. The amount of XWG tokens you will receive will appear under “XWG Earned” as well as its fiat (USD) equivalent. This is an on-chain transaction. Make sure to have enough BNB in your wallet to pay for the gas fee. The higher the number of cards staked, the higher the gas fee.
- Staking: Click the “+” button to stake your cards into Expedition. Staking is an on-chain transaction, therefore it requires BNB in gas fees to complete. The gas fee will vary depending on the number of cards being staked. For example, you will pay more gas fees for staking 5 cards at once versus 1 card. A maximum of 10 cards can be staked at once.
- Unstaking: to unstake or remove cards from Expedition, click “-”. Unstaking is an on-chain transaction, therefore it requires BNB in gas fees to complete. The gas fee will vary depending on the number of cards being unstaked. For example, you will pay more gas fees for unstaking 5 cards at once versus 1 card. You can unstake 1 card or check “select all” to unstake all your cards out of Expedition.
- APR: The Annual Percentage Rate is the yearly rate of return on your investment. APR% is directly proportional to the total number of cards staked. This percentage will decrease as the total number of cards staked increases.
- Cards Staked: Cards Staked displays the number of cards you’ve staked in your pool in addition to the XWG value of those cards.
What’s next?
Now that we’ve implemented most features relating to the NFT pool, the next step is to build the Token Pool. The token pool will enable you to stake your XWG tokens, in addition to more features to make your XWG tokens work for you and earn passive income. This still under development, but is expected to roll out soon.
