During the event, we noticed that some players had submitted card sets that failed to meet the winning requirements, especially with the five-element collecting requirement.

If you found yourself not on the winner list, please recheck your collected card collection carefully; both the character and the five-element requirements must be met.

Please send us the screenshot of your qualified card sets (showing both character and element) to our email service@xwg.games within 3 business days. We will confirm your winning qualification and announce a new winning list if necessary.
