X World Games is a newborn and flourishing decentralized game ecosystem build on Binance Smart Chain. “X World” represents an unknown universe to be explored, and “Games” represents more games that will be added to this ecosystem. The vision of X World Games is to build a diversified gaming ecosystem that connects traditional game players and the blockchain world and help more game developers who want to enter the crypto space to create the underlying blockchain framework.

About the role:

• As a Community Manager or Community Coordinator, you act as the bridge between the X World Games and its community of core players, engaging with them and giving them a beginner guide so that they can become the loyal player of X World Games.
• Working with our content team, you always need to create viral marketing campaigns on Twitter, participate in Reddit forums, facilitate conversation and events among users.
• To keep players active and valuable, You need Plan and execute community projects, including online/offline events, promotions, and marketing campaigns to excite fans.
• You seed content and discussions in the user communities. You create user-related content such as tutorials, FAQ lists and engage with the user community.
• As a part of a cross-functional team that includes the game team, the marketing team, and developer relations, you will provide regular community feedback reports to other groups informing of community sentiment and reactions.

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years of work experience in community management, preferably in crypto or game-related projects
• You are passionate about helping game players and find it fulfilling to help millions of them to join X World Games better.
• You have a track record of writing or producing best-in-class content for the game players. You are known as someone who is authentic and creative and can be funny on occasion.
• You are fluent in English and, ideally, at least one other language, both verbal and written.
• We’re passionate about joining a diverse team; if you think you’ve got what it takes in our remote-friendly, start-up environment — apply anyway.
