Medium Terms Performance Reliability Center Report

The end of second quarter 2019, has been the scheduled moment to draw a line related the lime kiln performances in operation at Calcis Group / Warstein supported by X4LIME Services.

The PRC (Performance Reliability Center) Report presentation — focused on QualiCal Synthesis 85 PRF lime kiln in operation at Warstein — has been leaded by X4LIME CDO Mr. Edoardo Cella, supported by the IT & automation manager Mr. Luca Feliciani.

X4LIME is promoting the merge of Customer information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) groups to create an integrated governance structure.
The two biggest benefits that executive foresee from IT-OT integration are greater system resilience, with less unplanned downtime, and improved incident management for tracking and responding to production problems.

The aim of the X4LIME PRC Medium Terms report is to unlock the power of digital plant operation. In particular the report:

• Analyse the alarm list over the analysed period highlighting the major occurrences and try to address the same in order to try to solve and clear the list of the alarm.

• Analyse the downtime situation over the analysed period highlighting the major unplanned downtime listed in the downtime details, in order to minimize the reason of plant outages.

• Analyse the quality distribution over the analysed period of operation

• Resume and propose a roadmap of action for the next period
