What did our team find?
While conducting monthly MOSAICO Performance Reliability Services on a QualiCal PFR Lime Kiln operating at Bergmann Kalk, X4LIME Team highlighted an undergoing increase of alarms 🚨 mainly related to the Waste Gases Filter that provides filtration of the exhaust for the calcination process.
What was the trigger for this analysis?
Analysis was possible thanks to #iDO, the Industrial Digital Operator working within Mosaico Digital WORKSPACE. #iDO collected the most recursive Alarms and identified the Kiln Waste Gases Filter Cleaning System as the key components object of the problem.
What was the value to the customer?
Due to the early notification from the X4LIME team, the customer was able to check and identify the issue on electronic components of the filter cleaning system and timely have the possibility to look for spare parts also in critical times as August summer shutdown.
Supported by SPARROW4LIME network the parts was delivered to site in less then one week solving possible further issue on a ENVIROMENTAL CRITICAL ASSET
