Funding Lang Son Lime Project
Lang Son Lime aims to develop the market and diversify Lime products, improve product quality, proactively supply goods, increase the competitiveness of products when going to the market.
Lang Son Lime Project focuses on mining limestone and manufacturing quicklime lump, quicklime powder, hydrated quicklime and light powder to supply to the dosmetic market and export. This project includes 2 periods: the first period focuses on manufacturing quicklime lump with capacity of 400 tons per day; the second period will expand production: Hydrated quicklime and light powder. According to expectation, about 12.8 million dollars will be invested in this project.

That is the reason why the Board of Directors of the company decided to invest in the construction of an industrial lime kiln project in Lang Son province.
Introduction of Lang Son Industrial Lime project
the Group wants to build a new production plant following the Government directives for the replacement of old traditional production plants, with modern, more efficient, automated and environmentally friendly plants.
1. Planning
- Phase 01 is 02 lime kilns and crushing line
- Stage 2 is the production line of hydrated lime Ca(OH)2 and light powder CaCO3
2. Project size
- Total capital, investment capital: 106,928.888,767 VND (3,892,115.32€)
- Investment funds: Bond issuance capital: VND 50,000,000,000 (1,819,955.00€) / Own capital and other capital: 56,928.888,767 VND (2,072,160.32€)
- Project duration: 20 years
- Land area for the project: 3.0ha. The form of land use is a one-time payment
- Area of raw materials of limestone: 9.02ha.
- The form of land use is annual rental payment, the exploitation reserve is 3,245,752 m3 with the term of exploitation until 2039.
3. Production ability
- Design capacity: 400 tons/day
- Products and services provided: Lime lump, lime powder, hydrated lime, light powder.
4. Project plan
Planned on an area of 3ha, including all areas:
- Raw material production and processing
- Lime kiln: Construction area 300m2, working height 35m
- Sports and Exercises area
- Factory (01 floor high, area 9000 m2)
- Operator house (2 floors high, area 200m2/floor)
- Office building (02 floors high, area 250m2/floor)
- Canteen, garage, toilet (01 floor high, area 600m2)
- Invest in technological lines and equipment for production activities.
5. Project progress
Phase 1
- Investment in industrial lime production line (From the third quarter of 2018 to the third of 2020)
- Preparing for investment and completing legal procedures on land, granting construction permits, environment…
- Leveling and clearance, making construction plans, importing equipment, construction and installation, project construction
- Completion of phase 1 project, acceptance test, no-load, load, interlock
- Operating production and business.
Phase 2
- Invest in Ca(OH)2 hydrated lime line and CaCO3 light powder production line (From the third quarter of 2020 to the third quarter of 2021)
