Among the others, the lime plant has been equipped with the state of the art firing system equipped with ABACO — advanced burning analysis and combustion optimization powered with TESTO
The importance of analyzing flue gas in lime kilns highlighted the need to develop an industrial grade system able to satisfy the requirements of strength, reliability and accuracy under actual operating conditions.
Testo SE & Co. KGaA and QualiCal combined their skills to realize a system that mainly consists of an integrated flue gas analyzer in an ABACO BOX . The latter is a tailor-made box and digital solution that is able to semi-continuously manage the measurements performed in the exhaust gas.
Digital transformation by MOSAICO workspace and #iDO digital operator
At Calce La Ferla has been hired also #iDO, a digital workforce that WORKs with MOSAICO a much more flexible workplace, that take advantage of the people inside and outside your organisation.
#iDO has been equipped with ABACO skill in order to enable him to leverages advanced applications and algorithms that address specific aspects of the firing process allowing the Customers to operate plants at the performance peak.
