Kiln Operation within MOSAICO workspace
To get things done in the virtual context, we’ve really had to rely more on collaboration tools that allow people to work with each other in an agile way.
Using MOSAICO’s workspace for activity tracking has made a big difference. These tools help foster collaboration on ideas related to operations and maintenance and allow people to provide input to each other while maintaining a clear picture of how things are going. They also allow people to comment on this in the context of the initiatives they are pursuing.
Service and support: Moving to a remote digital service
X4LIME changed lime production experience service and support to meet the new behaviors and needs Galvapno customer and employees due to war conflict.
X4LIME has strengthened its existing digital offerings with the launch of the MOSAICO Asset Performance Management workspace for condition monitoring, predictive maintenance and 360-degree asset performance insights for lime industry.
The MOSAICO Asset Performance Management makes it easy to add asset condition monitoring to existing operational technology (OT) landscapes, enables prioritization of maintenance activities based on AI-informed predictions, and provides a comprehensive overview of asset performance.
Operating in an uncertain world
As the shock of the invasion reverberates through the world economy, executives can consider how to position their businesses to minimize the impact. Not every company may be affected in the same way. Organizations that operate in Ukraine and Russia have been most immediately affected and are focused on the welfare of their people. For organizations outside the conflict zone, the focus has been on complying with sanctions, responding to supply chain disruptions and assessing the impact on customers.
When facing such unforeseen challenges, many leaders aim to strengthen the resilience of their organizations by prioritizing adaptability.Digitizing enterprise functions at speed and in parallel, rather than sequentially, therefore seems essential for many companies.
The premium on agility will intensify the focus on compressed transformation. Regardless of how the situation evolves, companies can consider taking a series of simultaneous actions around strategy, systems, supply chains, people and ecosystems.
