SwissBorg Partner Vault Statement

We would like to provide an update on what occurred earlier today, as some users were unable to invest in XBorg via SwissBorg’s Partners Vault.

The first transactions were submitted at 2:00:39 PM, and by 2:00:47 PM, the eligible transactions had reached a total of 300k USDC. The system continued to accept transactions until all the initial $300,000 worth of transactions were processed, which took approximately 5 minutes. The vault then closed.

During this time window, users were still able to submit transactions, but these transactions were ultimately rejected a few minutes later as the initial $300,000 got processed.

We understand the frustration among users who believe in XBorg’s vision and wanted to participate but were unable to do so. There are still two vaults opening later this week: the Genesis/Generation Vault and the Premium Vault, which we hope will provide an opportunity for those who were unable to invest today.
