Hello, our beloved Xend community! It’s been a while. To make up for our silence in the past month, we have some incredibly exciting news for you!

We know you had a special connection to the old Xend Finance website — just like we did. It was a reminder of the early days when Xend Finance was solely focused on being a crypto banking platform for our African community. As nostalgic as it may be, we’ve decided it’s time to move forward and embrace the next chapter.

Xend Finance is no longer just about crypto banking. We’ve broadened our reach within the DeFi ecosystem, expanding our services and proudly launching the Asset Chain testnet — our first step in creating an on-chain space where all legally transactable asset types can be tokenized and traded!

The New Xend Finance Website

We’re excited to introduce the new Xend Finance website, showcasing how far we’ve come! As the first DeFi project from Africa to receive backing from veterans in both Web2 and Web3, we’re now creating an Onchain Assets Environment (OAE). This will allow anyone, from anywhere, to access legally transactable assets — whether they’re physical like real estate and art, or digital like music and NFTs — tokenized and traded seamlessly, while staying fully compliant with regulations.

Our new site is designed with you in mind — sleek, modern, and easy to navigate. We’ve kept it simple, with a clean dark interface that gives you just the information you need without overwhelming you. Just like Xend Finance itself, we aim to make the world of DeFi more accessible, without the technical complexities.

You can now access the Asset Chain Testnet directly from our new website, which has just crossed a major milestone — 100k transactions! There’s a lot you can do on Asset Chain, and we’ll be rewarding those efforts, so don’t forget to check out our blog post for all the details.
