Release notes for the new web interface version (2019–01–30)

We are happy to announce that a new version of xFolio is now available.

Here’s what was improved:

- Added the possibility of anonymous registration;
- Added graphs for total balance, balances of individual depositories, and specific coin price graphs;
- Fixed a number of small bugs.

New feature — anonymous registration

One of the key advantages of cryptocurrency is the freedom and anonymity that it brings, together with decentralization and independence. Thus, it is understandable that some cryptocurrency holders are not willing to link their blockchain wallets and exchange accounts to their email addresses of social media accounts. For such users, we have added a possibility to create an account using only a login and a password. It is a perfect combo of anonymity and simplicity.

New graphs — total balance, individual depositories, and specific coins

To make your account balances easier to read, we have added three types of graphs:

- Total balances
- Individual depositary balance (such as Binance or an Ethereum cold wallet)
- Coin price dynamics.

New tooltips for exchange API keys

We are receiving a lot of questions from you regarding access to their exchange accounts by our app.

The new tooltips will not only help you understand what API keys are and why they are needed but also explain why this system is totally safe. Indeed, you are not running any risks when providing our app with access to your API key, since this access is read-only: it cannot do anything except for read your account balance.
