The anticipated layoff from K could be the best gift for me in 2024.
The challenges, the hardships that come from going through this experience, finally have made me understand one thing: I’ve grown so much from this experience, get to know myself, know limit, know what I’m capable of. But also know where I got triggered.
K experience is challenging for me in multiple ways.
K experience can be perceived as “failures”:
- I haven’t been staffed very often throughout the last 1 year 10 months. My utilization number is something I don’t want to think about and it makes me feel guilty.
But in the meantime, I’ve grown in many ways:
- It pushes me to face my realities and challenges head on
I’m truly grateful for the experience at Kearney.
This is my experience.
Tell me about yourself. “I know who I am.”
I have meaningful career journey. What does my career journey mean to me. Take a narrative tone. What’s impressive isn’t the “thing” I did. But the overarching me -> Resilience, Curiosity, Persistence, Grit, Humility, Appreciation, Authentic
