Although cool offices, free swag, and extravagant perks are not inherently negative, a truly exceptional company culture extends beyond those superficial elements. Rather, it is a way of life that establishes a framework for our actions, shaping the way we think, act, and interact with others.

Culture is who you are, as well as what you stand for. Every organization has its unique style of working which often contributes to its culture. The beliefs, ideologies, principles and values of an organization form its culture. Xord has a distinct and forward-thinking work culture.
