Here at Xos, we pride ourselves in celebrating diversity and inclusivity all year long. Pride began after the Stonewall Uprising on June 28, 1969 that sparked the gay rights movement in the United States. That following year on June 29, 1970, the first Pride marches were held in New York City, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Fast forward 50 years later and Pride has turned into a month-long celebration of the LGBTQIA+ community, not just in the United States, but worldwide.

We recognize that there is still work to be done, especially in an industry like ours, to ensure people of all backgrounds and walks of life feel seen, celebrated, and supported. We strive to break those barriers, and that’s why we felt it was important to sit down with members of the LGBTQIA+ community at Xos to talk about their stories and life experiences. We value each and every Xosian that makes up our team, and are grateful for those who chose to share their stories with us.
