Embarking on Our Journey as a Public Company

Today marks the official close of the business transaction between NextGen Acquisition Corp. and Xos, Inc. We are officially public, and trading on the Nasdaq stock exchange.

The official ticker switch from NGAC to XOS signifies new potential, new growth, and new beginnings for the company. We’re thrilled about our debut on Nasdaq and look forward to participating in the upcoming official bell-ringing ceremony.

We are honored to turn the page on this next chapter in the company’s history, and we’re taking a step back to reflect and appreciate the years of teamwork, planning, and dedication required to get to this point. We look forward to celebrating with our team to recognize the contributions from all the individuals that helped Xos get to this historic milestone.
