[Recap] Monthly XPLA: May 2024đ
Greetings Pilots, May has been another busy month for us. This monthâs update is centered around our community. Discover our new reward feature as well as introduction of NFTs for the upcoming RPG, Heir of Light: Eclipse, for community members who engage with the game before launch. Additionally, weâre building something exciting to engage and strengthen our relationships with valued holders and gamers. The XPLA team is working diligently to deliver our ecosystem products and entertainment services to a broader audience. We hope you can fully benefit from everything weâre building!
TL;DR
In May, we began an exciting partnership with bitBLUE, a pioneer in the web 3.0 platform. This partnership focuses on leveraging individualsâ value through bitBLUEâs development of digital IP and content. Additionally, we completed full integration with Keplr, a platform with 2 million users supporting over 40 native and 144 non-native blockchain networks.
Weâre super excited to have showcased our utility NFTs for use on XPLA, both in games and as collectibles. Our âHeir of Light: Eclipseâ will feature loads of NFTs with in-game utility as well as collectible value. Guess what? The very first sale of our HoL: Eclipse Servant NFT collection happened on 23 May, and it sold out in just 20 minutes! But donât worry, this is just the beginning, and we canât wait for you to join us for all the fun stuff we have planned.
Last but not least, XPLA Verse went live on May 21st, ready to release âSummoners War: Chroniclesâ and âThe Walking Dead: All-Starsâ in Q3. In collaboration with Oasys, weâre introducing XPLA Verse, a Web3 gaming platform for Japanâs 55 million gamers, aligned with local regulations. Our mission is to expand blockchain gaming in Japan with major Web3 games. Prepare for intense gaming!
1. Partnership with bitBLUE:
Introducing a novel way of supporting your favorite virtual artists
bitBLUE offers a service called Alt.town, a Web3 platform that allows individuals to invest in the value of virtual celebrities. Users can make strategic investments based on factors such as popularity and performance metrics, enhancing engagement with gamification elements such as NFT creation and prediction markets.
The partnership between XPLA and bitBLUE aims to enhance the digital experience, especially on Alt.town and other Web3.0 platforms. The bitBLUE platform will enhance value creation and communication channels in the XPLA ecosystem, providing richer experiences for users. With the anticipated launch of Alt.town in Q3, the collaboration between XPLA and bitBLUE is expected to deliver increased effectiveness and synergy.
2. XPLA on Keplr!
Integration with Keplr focusing on user experience
XPLA is now compatible with Keplr, the most prevalent wallet in the Cosmos ecosystem. Keplr also operates validator infrastructure for several Cosmos-based networks, contributing significantly to blockchain integrity. This integration allows the Cosmos community easy access to XPLAâs network using their existing infrastructure.
Our partnership with Keplr marks the beginning of many strategic network integrations aimed at introducing innovative, user-focused blockchain solutions. This integration with Keplr is part of our continuous effort to capitalize on every collaborative opportunity within the Cosmos ecosystem.
3. Showcasing HoL: Eclipse in-game NFTs

Before we dropped our Whitepaper and launch the game, on May 23, we had our very first in-game-utility exclusive Servant Collection NFT pre-sale. It featured 56 Epic Servants from Heir of Light: Eclipse on X-PLANET. Can you believe that the 100 NFTs were sold out in just 20 minutes? Weâre absolutely thrilled and grateful for the support and enthusiasm from our community for our ecosystem and our new game content.
The Servant Collection isnât just a collectible NFT, it also comes with a coupon to get the corresponding Servant in HoL: Eclipse. Lucky users who purchased have randomly received one of the 56 unique Servants as your NFT and got to use them in-game! Plus, these NFTs offer the chance for valuable airdrops over time â how cool is that?

4. XPLA Verse on Oasys Now Live
Layer 2 on Oasys will provide various content to users worldwide
Weâre excited to let you know that XPLA Verse, which has been live since May 21st, is gearing up to introduce RPGs like âSummoners War: Chroniclesâ and âThe Walking Dead: All-Starsâ. Theyâve been developed with globally recognized IPs, and the buzz about their gameplay and P2O features has been truly worldwide.
Weâve got our eye on the Japanese market, and our goal with XPLA Verse is to provide a one-of-a-kind Web3 gaming experience. Together with Oasys, weâre creating a layer 2 chain that meets local regulations with ambitions to bring the best games to Japanâs impressive 55 million gamers.
By offering an advanced Web3 experience with two globally loved IP games, weâre hoping to bring XPLAâs fresh and exciting content to Japan, a country that boasts the worldâs third-largest gaming market. Weâre committed to working with XPLA to make Web3 gaming a big hit in both Korea and Japan.
We have entered the mid-year of 2024 after another exciting month. As we progress, you will witness our partnerships maturing and becoming ready to serve our community by the yearâs end. This month, we have a sneak peek of a wearable NFT collection in the works, designed specifically for the XPLA community in collaboration with HoL: Eclipse.
