The global AR and VR market is expected to grow to USD $209 billion by 2022, 14 Million AR and VR devices have been sold in 2019, and global VR gaming revenues have reached 15bn USD in sales this year. 171 Million people are using VR worldwide.
VR First has built a community of 52 labs at universities worldwide and a community of thousands of developers. Using our experience and knowledge, we are now taking it one step further. The need of the industry is growing, and we are getting more and more requests for talented developers every day.
That’s why we have decided to create a 6 months bootcamp in which students become proficient in VR/AR and software development.
As XR Bootcamp, we have the vision to deliver an outstanding upskilling journey for VR/AR designers and developers. With the supervision of our curriculum architects and industry supervisors from Accenture, BNP, Audi, HTC Vive, Bosch, KLM, Deutsche Telekom, and many more great industry companies, we want to achieve our mission together with you!
XR Bootcamp is a life-changing hands-on experience where our students learn the skills and mindset to become VR/AR developers. We are looking for a lead instructor with strong practical VR/AR experience to play a key role in our team. XR Bootcamp offers 2 major full stack programs focusing on design and development.
Your Mission
We are looking for a passionate, creative and ambitious marketing intern to develop XR Bootcamp into a globally known, creative brand of VR/AR enthousiasts.
Growth Hacking: You will be developing strategies for the acquisition of new leads by converting site traffic and building and managing rich content that attracts a qualified audience.
Streamlining and Optimizing: You will be responsible for optimizing our marketing automation and lead nurturing process through email, content and social channels.
Coordination: You will be part of a team which is launching a business from scratch, there will be a lot of unscheduled stuff to do! Expect a very hands-on job!
Your Profile
You have outstanding communication skills and experience driving marketing objectives across digital media channels.
Growth hacking mindset: Strategize and accelerate the growth and engagement of our social channels using data to inform all decisions
You have your own network in the ecosystem and you would like to be part of our project to become THE innovator by convincing the top minds in the field of VR/AR to engage with us!
You have an entrepreneurial mind-set: you are an ambitious and proactive multi-tasker with the capability to “think out of the box”. You are enthusiastic, passionate and eager to learn!
You have true passion for VR/AR, are driven to innovate, and ready to take on difficult challenges like this one!
