Launch Day: XRC Labs unveils Cohort 4 companies
Last night we welcomed our creative and innovative community at the University Center of The New School to celebrate the kick-off of our fourth class. Mentors, sponsors, investors, alumni, fellows, and affiliates were invited to meet and mingle with our dynamic group of Cohort 4 startups.
After the opening remarks of Joel Towers, Executive Dean of Parsons School of Design, and our Founder and Managing Director, Pano Anthos, our Cohort 4 startups took the stage in the Starr Foundation Hall and presented their impressive retail solutions.
Undoubtedly, the global interest in the retail and consumer goods space is growing very quickly, as this is an industry that has come under stress and needs to change with the help of entrepreneurs like our portfolio companies. We have been heads down reviewing applications identifying the next generation of disruptors, and selected the strongest startups, among an impressive list of applicants, that are committed to unlock new opportunities that innovate the future of retail.
From face recognition technologies to 3D on-demand knitting and sustainable, circular retail models, we are very excited to introduce our Cohort 4 companies within our ecosystem:
